For case shell construction, we offer a choice between plywood (sourced from European Birch and high quality tropical wood) and a Polypropylene-honeycomb material.

Plywood-based Material

Our plywood cases can be covered with a selection of three different textures. Two thicknesses, 6mm and 9mm, are offered.

Astroboard Material

Astroboard is a direct replacement for 6mm plywood, which provides an incredible 40% weight saving. Manufactured from polypropylene with a honeycomb centre.

This material is available in the four colours shown, and is ideal when a light-weight (yet still durable) case is required.
