Bifurcated Riveting
To further strengthen to your case's construction, we ensure that, wherever possible, fittings and extrusions are secured onto your case using steel bifurcated rivets.
The holding power of a bifurcated rivet is 10 times greater than that of the standard aluminium pop-rivet used by many manufacturers. They also have the advantage of being solid, meaning there is no centre hole to allow ingress of water.
Pop Riveting
Pop rivets are used for fastening the fittings to the case.
Where bifurcated rivets are not easily applied, we use more expensive grooved rivets. These have more holding power in plywood than non-grooved rivets used by many other manufacturers.
Foam Crafting
We pride ourselves on our quality foam crafting.
We use only the best quality closed cell foam, to ensure maximum protection for your equipment, as well as a longer working life for the case. Foam is then painstakingly heat-treated to improve quality of the product.
Panel Cutting
We can ensure accurate and correct case geometry from the very start of the manufacturing process.
With perfectly dimensioned and squared panels cut with a professional panel saw, we can guarantee that our cases will fit together with no effort at all.
